<description>Thank you Stephanie for the wonderful synopsis of such an awesome day. We ARE an ohana and that was very apparent. Being very new still (two weeks) it is so inspiring to see all the "regular" people in the business and meet new friends and reacquaint with some old ones.

Because we would had to choose between four different topics in the breakout sessions (definitely not an easy task!) a small group of us tried to go separate ways and promised to give each other notes. Then at the end of that session they would announce the next four topics and we did not have time to consult, so sometimes several ended up in the same breakout session.

I thought it would be nice if some of us would give a brief outline of the sessions they attended so maybe we could all benefit a little from them. Even though you may have attended the same topic as someone else who gives an outline, everyone hears different parts (of the elephant) and together we may be able to get something closer to a whole elephant.

Thank you Stephanie for the hard work on this blog. It is such a great tool and I made sure to pass along the website to several people on Saturday.
